At a young age, Pawel was known for building and fixing things. While it may have started with toy cars, as he grew up, the projects just got bigger and more complex.   His love for learning the mechanics of things continued to grow over time. 

When it came time to decide on a career after high school, he chose the automotive technician route through Des Moines Area Community College.  While attending DMACC, he continued his training through apprenticeships. 

After graduating from DMACC, he worked full-time at Charles Gabus Ford. For nearly 15 years (and at multiple dealerships), Pawel has honed his trade and has become exceptionally skilled in automotive diagnostics and repair. From oil changes to full transmission and engine overhauls, there’s no job either too big or too small.  

While Pawel worked full-time in the dealership setting, he also successfully ran his shop on a part-time basis for almost 15 years. Recently he made the decision to devote all his time to his automotive repair business, Envision. Many of Pawel’s clients have been with him since the beginning and have continued to give him the best compliment - continued referrals. 

When not at the shop, Pawel can be found spending time with his wife, Lynae, and two children - Leo and Lily. Most of his free time is spent attending his kids’ activities, as well as coaching his daughter’s youth soccer team.
